You must include your name, email address, physical address, phone number handwritten on an 3 x 5 card. Please also include the follow text: Make A Wish Charity Draw. All entries must be received by September 10, 2020 12:00AM ET. All entries must be handwritten. Entries that are typed or photocopied will not be accepted. You may enter multiple times however only one entry per person per day per is allowed- so each entry must be postmarked. We are not responsible for entries lost or delayed due to COVID-19 or mail issues.
